Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility

Our reproductive endocrinologists can identify factors that make it difficult for couples to conceive. In many cases, they can assist couples in finding an alternative to traditional conception. All diagnosis and treatment plans are carefully developed to meet the highly individualized needs of our patients.

Our team approach allows for consistent high-quality care as well as the benefits of collaboration and shared research. Expanded financial access to services is made possible through various options such as Advanced Reproductive Care, Inc. (ARC).

Our fertility clinic helps women and couples who are trying to conceive, and specializes in both basic treatment methods, such as Clomid cycles, male factor infertility, and artificial insemination (IUI), as well as more advanced forms of treatment, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), frozen embryo transfer (FET) and pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PFD). We also specialize in challenging cases and are known to accept patients whose prognosis for success is low. Please see our special website. In addition to infertility related treatment, the REI Division also provides care for women with polycystic ovarian syndrome, hormonal abnormalities, endometriosis, uterine fibroids and recurrent pregnancy losses.

Wayne State physicians offer the latest techniques in treating infertility, including:

  • Artificial insemination
  • Donor egg procedures
  • In vitro fertilization
  • Intracytoplasmic sperm injections (ICSI)
  • Assisted hatchings
  • Embryo cryopreservation
  • Ovulation induction
  • Preimplantation genetic diagnosis
