Program application
The WSU WRHR Career Development Center is seeking scholars with a focused interest in basic, translational or clinical research.
Successful applicants will have training in clinical research methods, a clear research agenda, the potential to obtain independent research funding, and evidence of publication in peer-reviewed journals.
The selection process will emphasize talent, commitment to women's health, potential fit with our strengths and diversity. Minority candidates are encouraged to apply
To apply, please submit a letter of interest, including your specific area of interest in women's health, along with your Curriculum Vitae addressed to Chaur-Dong Hsu, MD, MPH, Recruiting Officer (c/o Sharon Pepe, Program Coordinator).
Applications will be reviewed by a Committee. Qualified candidates will be invited to visit to meet with potential mentors and would then be required to submit:
- Personal statement, including background and career goals (1-2 pages).
- Abstract of proposed research plan, including hypothesis and specific aims (1-2 pages).
- Three letters of recommendation, including at least one from a proposed WRHR mentor.
