Biography

Jacquelyn Stephens, MD grew up in Belleville, Michigan. She went to the University of Michigan for her bachelor's degree in neuroscience. After a few years of working as a certified nurse aide and advocate for survivors of sexual assault, she went to medical school at the Michigan State College of Human Medicine. Her residency in obstetrics and gynecology was completed at Sparrow Hospital, where she graduated in 2023. She enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, aerial acrobatics and traveling the world. Her interests are varied but include gynecologic oncology, surgery, and family planning. She also enjoys an active role in teaching residents and medical students.
