Biography

Roslyn Tedja, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. Her laboratory focuses on identifying genetic changes that govern the initiation of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in ovarian cancer progression, metastasis and recurrence. Additionally, her laboratory investigates the role of intra-tumoral heterogeneity in disease progression and recurrence. Her laboratory efforts also include designing novel nanoparticle platform for delivery of chemotherapy drugs to target residual disease.
